Thanksgiving With My Best Friend's Mom: a holiday dinner that keeps drifting into the kitchen

Ryan finds a seat at the table

Holidays are awkward for people without a plan, and the series starts there. Ryan has nowhere to be for Thanksgiving, so he ends up at the house of his best friend Kyle. The football game holds the attention of the others, and Kyle's mom has her own plans for the new guest: she keeps finding reasons to pull him into the kitchen. The setting is domestic and ordinary, which is what gives the series its tension between the living room and the stove.

The host in the kitchen

The Lexi Luna AI twin plays Kyle's mom, the host of the dinner and the reason Ryan keeps missing the football game. Ryan is a fictional guest, Kyle is the best friend whose house hosts the holiday, and the synopsis leaves the rest of the table without names. The likeness is licensed to Candy.ai, and Lexi Luna did not perform in the episodes, which the platform generates from that license.

Two free videos, three behind Premium

The first two Candy AI videos in the series play without an account. The opener runs 68 seconds and the second 58, so the free pair comes to a little over two minutes, enough to meet the family and judge the tone. Episode 3 is the first one that needs Premium, and the last three episodes finish the story. Plan prices are on the free guide, not here.

Level 4 in a family house

We place the series at level 4, Strong, on our scale from 1 to 5. The paid episodes contain nudity and explicit sex scenes, and the rating puts it beside My Wife's Best Friend, the Riley Reid title with a similar house-guest premise. For the full table of levels, with the reasons behind each one and the other creator series placed on it, see the nudity guide.

Next to the honeymoon series

Lexi Luna has two public series, and they pull in opposite directions. Honeymoon With My Mother-in-Law is a standoff, with a mother-in-law who wants to end a marriage within a week. This one plays out in a crowded house, with the others a room away and a dinner to finish. Her chat twin, both public titles and the Spicy series My Step-Son's Bully are gathered on the Lexi Luna creator page.

Finding it on Candy.ai

The button on this page opens the official series page, candy.ai/candy-shorts/series/thanksgiving-with-my-best-friend-s-mom, where the address spells the possessive with a hyphen. The first two episodes play there for guests, with no account, and the rest of the series continues for subscribers. Anyone who wants to learn how the library works before pressing play will find the basics in the Candy Shorts explainer.

Our read

Thanksgiving is a useful frame for a short series: a fixed date, a table of people and a built-in reason for the guest to stay in the house. The premise relies on small domestic beats, a call from the kitchen and a game on in the next room, rather than on travel or spectacle. Viewers who prefer a family setting to a vacation one will find it here, and the free pair makes the choice cheap.
