Each public series keeps its first two episodes open, which adds up to 380 free episodes across the 190 titles listed in November 2026, up from 288 in October. On candy.ai and on candyshorts.com, a visitor without an account sees both unlocked, and the player loads them as a guest, with no sign-up screen in between. From the third episode on, the episode list shows a lock. Since a free episode usually runs between 45 seconds and two minutes, the free pair of a series takes one and a half to four minutes, so sampling five or six titles fits in a short break.

Viewing works on a usage basis: from the third episode on, episodes unlock with tokens, and each plan credits 100 tokens a month on its renewal date. In the Spicy row, an episode used 30 tokens in October 2026, or 50 in a creator series. A member who runs out of tokens still has episodes 1 and 2 of the Spicy titles, and extra tokens can be bought from the account. Tokens left over after a cancellation stay on the account, says the help center, and the same tokens pay for Candy Studio.

Refunds and canceling

The terms treat purchases as generally non-refundable. A refund is at the operator's discretion, for card payments, and only when the request arrives within 24 hours of the payment and no media has been streamed since. Canceling stops the renewal but keeps Premium running until the end of the period already paid, after which the account returns to the free version. A refund or a chargeback ends paid access at once, so it is worth canceling through the account settings before asking the bank to step in.

Dailymotion, Reddit and other places with clips

Candy.ai publishes the episodes on candy.ai and candyshorts.com. As community channels, its site links a Discord server and an X account, and no Dailymotion, Reddit or YouTube account appears among them in September 2026. A search for the series on Dailymotion that month returned unrelated clips and a few playlists from accounts without a verified badge.
